Kelly received her training at the Shanti Mandir ashram in Magod, India. She combines her study and over fifteen years of experience in yoga to guide her students to a more relaxed and peaceful place. She offers Hatha Yoga classes rooted in the ancient Indian tradition. Kelly also has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and is able to meld the healthful living needs of your employees with the benefits of yoga in individual classes for your business.
